Skin Contact: Prolonged contact may cause slight skin irritation, skin drying or dermatitis.
Inhalation: Inhalation of vapor or mist may cause slight respiratory tract irritation.
Ingestion: May cause irritation to the mouth, esophagus and stomach.
Chronic Hazards: No known chronic hazards.
Physical Hazards: Dries to form a glass film which can easily cut skin.
Spilled material is very slippery. Can etch glass if not promptly removed.
SECTION IV: FIRST AID MEASURE
Eye contact: Flush eyes with large amounts of water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention promptly.
Skin: Thoroughly wash exposed area with plenty of water. Consult a physician if irritation persists.
Inhalation: Move subject to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical attention.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately. If victim is fully conscious, give a cupful of water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Note to Physician: This product is alkaline with pH of 11.5.
SECTION V: FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD INFORMATION
Flash Point: Non-combustible.
Extinguishing Media: Use extinguishing media appropriate for surrounding fire. This material is compatible with all extinguishing media.
Hazards to Fire-Fighters: See Section III for information on hazards when this material is present in the area of a fire.
SECTION VI: ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Personal Protection: See SECTION VIII for the appropriate protective equipment for handling a spill of this material. See SECTION IV for first aid actions if exposed to material during clean-up operations.
Procedures: Avoid falls since surface may be slippery. Contain spills with sand or earth. If available, use OIL SOLUTIONS Step 2 or dilute acid to form an inert, non-hazardous wet solid. Transfer the substance and the diking material to suitable containers for disposal. Not a RCRA Hazardous waste.
SECTION VII: HANDLING AND STORAGE
Storage Conditions: Do not store in aluminum, fiberglass, copper, brass, zinc or galvanized containers. Do not store near strong acids, reactive metals, and ammonium salts. Keep from freezing. Store between 1oC/34oF and 60oC/140oF.
Handling Procedures: See SECTION VIII for types of personal protection required.
SECTION VIII: EXPOSURE CONTROLS & PERSONAL PROTECTION
Engineering Controls: Use local exhaust to control vapors/mists.
Respiratory Protection: Ventilation and other forms of engineering controls are often the preferred means for controlling chemical exposures. A dust mask may be needed for non-routine or extreme density mist situations.
Protective Gloves: Wear rubber gloves.
Eye Protection: Use splash goggles or face shield if possibility of material splashing, spraying or misting exists.
Other Protective Equipment: Use chemical resistant apron or impervious clothing to avoid contamination of regular clothing resulting in prolonged or repeated skin contact. Safety shower and eyewash fountain should be within access.
Personal Hygiene: Minimize breathing vapor or mist, avoid prolonged contact with skin, remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse. Clean contaminated shoes before reuse.

SECTION X: STABILITY AND REACTIVITY
This product is stable and will not react with water or polymerize. Avoid contact with strong acids because product gels. Flammable hydrogen gas may be produced on prolonged contact with aluminum, tin, lead, and zinc.

None of the components of this material are considered carcinogenic by NTP, IARC, OSHA or ACGIH.
SECTION XII: ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION
This product contains nothing known to be harmful to the environment when neutralized.
SECTION XIII: DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS
Neutralize the OIL SOLUTIONS STEP 1 with dilute acid or OIL SOLUTIONS STEP 2 additive until the pH is neutral. Transfer the wet sand-like substance to a suitable container for proper disposal in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.

Inhalation: Inhalation of vapor or mist may cause slight respiratory tract irritation. Ingestion: Effects of small amounts are negligible; large amounts may cause gastrointestinal disturbances.

Eye contact: Flush with large amounts of water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention promptly. Skin: Thoroughly wash exposed area with water. Consult a physician if irritation persists. Inhalation: Move to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Drink water and get medical attention. Do not give any thing by mouth to an unconscious or convulsing person. Note to Physician: This product is acidic with pH of 3.6.

Personal Protection: See SECTION VIII for the appropriate protective equipment for handling a spill of this material. See SECTION IV for first aid actions if exposed to material during clean-up operations. Procedures: Avoid falls since surface may be slippery. If available, use OIL SOLUTIONS STEP 1 to neutralize into a solid material, otherwise contain and collect using suitable absorbent. Dispose of residual solid in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. Flush residual liquid to the drain for normal biological treatment.

Ingestion: This product has a low order of toxicity. Rinse mouth with water. If victim is conscious, try to get the victim to vomit by having the victim touch the back of their throat with a nger. If they are unconscious, don’t give anything to drink and don’t make them vomit. Arrange for transport to the nearest medical facility for examination and treatment by a physician as soon as possible.

Special Fire Fighting Procedures: If material is in contact with other burning materials, it may burn. Avoid inhaling vapors. A positive pressure NIOSH approved self-contained breathing apparatus with a full facepiece should be worn when there is a possibility of exposure to smoke, fumes, or hazardous decomposition products. Use water, fog, foam dry chemical or carbon dioxide re extinguishers.
Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards: Toxic carbon monoxide may form when burned without sucient oxygen.

Spill or Leak Procedures: Shovel and sweep up or use industrial vacuumc leaner. Avoid generating dust cloud. Put into containers for reclaiming or disposal as a non-hazardous solid waste in compliance with local regulations.

Storage Conditions : Store in a cool, well ventilated location away from oxidizing agents and sources of ignition.
Handling procedures: Ground all transfer, blending and dust collection equipment to prevent static sparks. Product spilled on walking surfaces may constitute a slipping hazard.
